Bootcamp in sustainability & plastic recycling

October 5-7, 2022, KLU Campus in Hamburg

TAKE DEEP DIVE INTO SUSTAINABILITY

During the upcoming Boot Camp from 5-7 October, you will deal with the exciting topic “improving plastic packaging recycling”. Your task will be to challenge the current recycling system and to come up with ideas to increase the quality of recycled plastics. You will tackle questions about how to improve the plastic recycling process from start to finish, meaning from product design through supply chain management to the use of the materials. Experts from the field will give you the necessary input and support you while you develop new solutions. The event is organized by CREAToR and its partners KLU, Erema, and Fraunhofer ICT. During the first day, you will learn in lectures and discussions with experts from the field about the state of the art of plastics recycling. During the next two days, you will have the opportunity to develop new ideas on how to improve plastic packaging recycling by trying to solve an important real-life case study presented by our industry partners. In addition, you will have the chance to network and get an insight into career perspectives and learn about studying at KLU
